The games are designed for all adventurers ages 7-99! It is perfect for friends and family, date nights, and anyone up for a mental challenge. Youths ages 7-14 will need to be accompanied by a playing adult. Children ages 6 and under are not allowed.

We are making every effort to provide a clean and safe environment for your adventure.
An escape room game is the perfect way to enjoy your friend’s and family’s company and to make lasting memories together.
Mystified is now implementing the following safety protocols:
- All games are private games. You will not be sharing the game space with anyone other than your group.
- Masks are now optional.
- Check-in is now contactless. Games are by reservation only and pre-paid online or over the phone.
- Sanitizer is available for any player that wishes to sanitize before and/or after playing.
- Game rooms are thoroughly disinfected between each game. In addition, each game room will be sanitized with UV-C light several times a week.
- We have installed HEPA air filter systems to assist in air purification.
- Any person, customer or employee showing signs of illness will be asked to leave the facility and encouraged to seek medical advice.

*Active military extends only to service personnel, not spouses and family members.
ALL GAMES ARE NOW PRIVATE GAMES. FOR THIS REASON WE NOW HAVE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF TICKETS REQUIRED FOR EACH GAME.
*If you need to purchase “filler” tickets to meet the requirement, you are welcome to purchase a youth ticket for $29.

We understand life can be unpredictable! We will be happy to provide a rebook or refund with at least 24 hours notice. If for any reason you need to cancel within 24 hours of your game, there can be no refund, but we are happy to rebook you for a later date.

However, if you would like to visit Mystified during business hours, we would be happy to assist you with your booking and cash payment (sorry no checks).
Game reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.

While our games are designed for up to 8 players, smaller groups can still make a successful escape with communication and teamwork! Just note that you will have to purchase the minimum ticket requirement for the game of your choice to complete the booking.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your playing time. Once all players are present, you will be promptly asked to wash your hands and then ushered to your game orientation!
We take timing seriously at Mystified! If your party is late for their booking, and the game has already begun, you will have forfeited your game time, and no refunds will be given. No Exceptions!

If the adrenaline rush becomes too much, you are always able to leave the experience. We do provide a lovely lounge for you to enjoy while the rest of your party finishes their adventure.

Mystified game rooms are always being monitored by a Game Master. If your team decides they need help, the Game Master can be summoned for a hint. But be forewarned, we only give out 3 hints per game.

Our escape games are designed to provide ambiance matching the theme of the room, but they are never gory or inappropriate for older children. Players are never truly “locked” in the rooms (safety first!), so you can always step out if you feel uncomfortable. FYI- Most of our rooms are larger than the average bedroom, but there may be 7 other players in there with you…so you will have decide if that is right for you!

Yes, and you have two options. You can purchase and print it out yourself online, (bottom left of home page) or if you prefer something a little sturdier, you can call and purchase it over the phone and it will be ready for pickup at a time you select
Alcohol Policy – Any customer who shows signs of intoxication upon arrival or during their game may be asked to leave the premises with no refund given. It is both dangerous and inconsiderate to others who are sharing your game. When you sign our waiver, you are agreeing to this policy!
